After leaving home at 14 and graduating high school at 15, she built her foundation in discipline and execution as a firefighter before spending 20 years in IT systems and infrastructure.

Today, she’s applying that background to one of real estate’s biggest hidden problems: the way projects get priced, scoped, and approved.

Instead of fragmented bids, inconsistent assumptions, and decision risk, Proposabid creates structured, comparable, and defensible bid environments—giving owners clarity before millions of dollars are committed.
